Privacy Policy

Basics

This privacy policy is intended to inform users of this website about the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator.

The website operator takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations. Since changes to this privacy policy may be made due to new technologies and the constant development of this website, we recommend that you read the privacy policy again at regular intervals.

Definitions of the terms used (e.g. "personal data" or "processing") can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.

Access Data

We, the website operator or site provider, collect data about access to the website based on our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) and store it as "server log files" on the website's server. The following data is logged:

  • Visited website
  • Time at the time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you reached the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to clarify cases of abuse. If data must be retained for evidence purposes, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

Reach Measurement & Cookies

This website uses cookies for pseudonymized reach measurement, which are transferred either from our server or from third-party servers to the user's browser. Cookies are small files that are stored on your device. Your browser accesses these files. The use of cookies increases the user-friendliness and security of this website.

If you do not want cookies for reach measurement to be stored on your device, you can object to the use of these files here:

Common browsers offer the option to not allow cookies. Note: It is not guaranteed that you can access all functions of this website without restrictions if you make corresponding settings.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

The website operator only collects, uses and passes on your personal data if this is permitted within the legal framework or if you consent to the data collection. Personal data is all information that serves to identify your person and that can be traced back to you - for example, your name, your email address and telephone number.

You can also visit this website without providing any information about yourself. However, to improve our online offer, we store your access data to this website (without personal reference). This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. Conclusions about your person are not possible through the anonymization of the data.

We process personal data such as first name, last name, IP address, email address, place of residence, postal code and content from the contact form.

We only process personal data with the express permission of the users concerned and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

The processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest in fulfilling our contractually agreed services and optimizing our online offer.

Handling Contact Data

If you contact us as a website operator through the contact options offered, your information will be stored so that it can be used to process and answer your inquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Google Analytics

This website uses the "Google Analytics" service offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) based on our legitimate interests in optimizing and analyzing our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. The service (Google Analytics) uses "cookies" - text files that are stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google LLC complies with European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active

IP anonymization is activated on this website. The IP address of users is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.

As part of the order data processing agreement that we as website operators have concluded with Google Inc., Google uses the collected information to create an evaluation of website usage and website activity and to provide services related to Internet usage.

The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to be able to evaluate the use of our online offer by individual users, e.g. to create reports on activity on the website in order to improve our online offer.

You have the option of preventing cookies from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. It is not guaranteed that you can access all functions of this website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies.

You can also use a browser plugin to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to Google Inc. and used by Google Inc. The following link takes you to the corresponding plugin: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
